Communication was clear and prompt and friendly, all products were discussed prior to financial commitment, and I was given options as to which type of shot would be best to showcase my garments. I would highly recommend reaching out to Capture Factory for any garment photography, as the whole process was very clear, timings were quick and the final images were exceptionally detailed, presented beautifully and thought out, and the colours edited perfectly to match. Communication was friendly and easy. They took the time to explain the process to me and make suggestions. All my notes were taken onboard and responded to quickly, and they really made sure I was completely happy with all the shots. The end results looked brilliant (and I'm quite a perfectionist!!) I even had a Chocolate biscuit! George was very kind, attentive, professional and easy to work with. He shot the pictures within 24 hours and the colour matching was astounding. Such attention to detail. I really felt like a valued client even though I’d never been there before. Capture is easy to deal with, consistent and very accommodating even with the tight deadlines that we sometimes have.
