Exciting shoot for a watch lookbook
Another watch lookbook shoot for the team at Capture Factory was a special treat. We shot for a London designer who we have worked with for many times in the past.
We use very precise stands to make sure the watches are perfectly straight. These also help to keep them to a standard size and height.
After we have shot each individual piece we pass the images to our team of expert editors. They carefully make sure all the straps are perfectly alined and each watch face is clear of dust and blemishes. As the watches need to be viewed all around on the website, we check they have continuity and pay special attention to detail.
Styled shoot
This shoot was a bit different. After shooting product shots for the designer in the past we loved creating a styled photoshoot this time. And we were even more excited when we saw the watches!
Inspired by vintage and catwalk the collection is distinctive, contemporary and fun. These new watches were also inspired by nature and featured beautiful images of bees, butterflies and birds.
To carry on with this trend we decided to incorporate taxidermy into the photoshoot and create a woodland feel. Our talented stylists are always on hand to give ideas and advise on images and product placement during the shoots. This time they created a woodland wonderland, by pinning hundreds of taxidermy butterflies onto rustic wood to create something magical.
Our head photographer at Capture Factory, Rory, used a number of techniques to complete the photoshoot. He used freehand, tripod stand and fully zoomed macro images.
As a result we created a catalogue for the London watch designers that they were more than pleased with. When you book a photoshoot with our team, you can be rest assured that all the images will be of highest quality. We can work to any scale required for your purposes and are always up for a new exciting challenge.
