Menswear at Brighton photography studio
Take a look at the latest menswear shoot in our Brighton photography studio. We’ve been photographing men’s clothes and accessories for a regular client of ours. This brand have all of their clothes made in Britain and is beautifully made with quality fabrics. Their cuts and designs are always leaning towards the traditional ‘for the modern man’.
Every client has different requirements
From tailor made suits to casual jackets and trousers, or accessories such as bow ties, we’ve shot it for them. Each client has specific requirements when it comes to styling, photographing and editing for them. This is usually determined by their website, for example the size of the image, whether the product will be against a white background or a chosen colour. This blog post demonstrates examples of products being photographed against a different to colour to white.
Shadow? Invisible mannequin? Folded?
Some other requirements for product photography might be whether our client would like a shadow in the image or to keep it without. Perhaps it’s a product that would benefit from having a reflection. Other things to take into account when it comes to photographing clothes, is whether this will be done as an invisible mannequin, laid out flat, folded or on a hanger. Some people like to mix it up and some prefer to keep to one method. It might be, that the garment needs to photographed both ways, such as folded and invisible mannequin, because it may come in packaging that needs to be shown off.
Basically, whatever requirement you have, we will tailor each shoot to suit what our clients want from their product photography.
